The constitution
I have read the most part of the constitution of the Republic of Armenia and I think that most of the articles are very good, but our citizens don't know their rights, so it's easy to decieve them. For example this is 27th article of our constitution:
 Article 27
Everyone shall have the right to freely express his/her opinion. No one shall be forced to recede or change his/her opinion.
Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression including freedom to search for, receive and impart information and ideas by any means of information regardless of the state frontiers.
Freedom of mass media and other means of mass information shall be guaranteed.

This is my favorite article, because it's about our freedom and our free speach.
I think that the ministers of Armenia don't do their right works. For example we have a Ministry of Culture but I haven't ever heard something that this ministry does. I think that minister of Culture must repair the culutural monuments of Armenia. I know many churches which are very oldn and damaged, these churches need to be recovered, because it is our real culture.
On my opinion democratisy isn't good way ov governing country. Maybe it will work in countries, where people are conscious and clever. In Armenia people aren't able to choose an intelligent leader for them, that's why I think that democrasy isn't governing good type. Armenians sell their votes for only 5000 drams, without thinking that by doing that vile thing, they destoy their and their children's future.
Certainly, Armenia has Judical Power, which carries out by Court. The chief court is appointed by the president of Armenia, which generates an opinion, that president can corrupt the court for not uncovering the crime of the president.
